So here in Ecuador, we have a tradition. Christmas dinners. We have special dinners with friends, Rotary clubs, and your classmates. We get all fancied up, talk, eat, and take lots of pictures. Sometimes, it's with a date or with Secret Santas, but it's always a lot of fun. We also do a fun tradition of "Mention to". This is when whoever organised the dinner, gives a phrase to every person who comes. When I went to the dinner with my sister, there was a theme, No puedo porque... (I can't because...). So my sister got, No puedo porque bueno ya vamos (I can't because, ok, let's go). I got: I can't because I don't speak Spanish. At the dinner with my class, I got "Pecho Suco". Suco means blonde, but what pecho means, well, I don't know, but sometimes, it's just better no to ask questions. Sometimes we dance, other times we sing. You just never now what's gipping to happen. But every dinner I've been to has been full of good memories with amazing people. This is a tradition I will be bringing back to the States without a doubt.

AuthorI love Jesus, my family and baseball. Without my Savior I know I would defiantly not be the person I am today, and the same can be said about my family. My family is always there for me, and we all love three things for sure, Jesus, baseball, and each other. Categories
